Ordering our fresh, seasonal Scottish grown blooms for your business has just got easier!
Only registered trade customers can access our webshop so please complete your Registration Here before being able to order.
Simply browse our webshop, add products to your cart and once complete at checkout select your Shipping option of either free ‘Collection’ or ‘Courier Delivery’ and complete your purchase. We accept Debit/Credit cards and Paypal.
This is a wholesale website for trade customers only. To use this website you must first fill out our Registration Form to be approved and given your login details. This allows you to view prices and place orders

Courier Ordering deadlines
We cut fresh to order so we require a minimum of 3 days notice before your expected delivery day to cut, condition, pack and dispatch your order.

If your order comes in after these deadlines it will automatically be dispatched the next available day.
Collection Ordering Deadlines
We can turnaround collection orders quicker than courier so only require a minimum of 2 days’ notice to cut and condition your order with final orders for that week to be completed by Tuesday 5pm. Orders received after Tuesday 5pm cannot be guaranteed so please get in touch before placing an order to ensure we can honour it.

Delivery is charged as a flat rate according to your order value as follows

Your order will then be shipped by one of two options,
- ParcelForce Express 24 – UK Mainland only max length 90cm
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – medium box size only restricted to 55cm stem length. Covers Highlands, Islands and remote postcodes.
Once dispatched we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of your parcel (see terms and conditions)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is the best service for reaching most (even remote) postcodes the next day, however box size is more restrictive
We will endeavour to pack your flowers as efficiently as possible whilst ensuring they arrive in the best condition. We will also select the most appropriate service according to your postcode.
We can dispatch via Parcelforce Express 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We can ship Parcelforce orders in a large box however they do not cover more remote postcodes. It is a fully tracked service designed to be next day.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is the best service for remote postcodes however we are restricted to a medium box and a stem length of 55cm
In case of service disruption please allow an extra day before you require your flowers.
Free Collection from the farm is also available to select at checkout
Local Delivery within Tayside may also be an option but please Contact us to discuss
Yes we do! We can ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24. We will select this service according to your postcode or if this is your preference add a note at checkout to let us know
Stock is replenished every Thursday on the webshop for orders to be dispatched the following week.
Many Items between Tuesday – Thursday may be out of stock until then

We will send out full collection instructions once your order is confirmed.
If you are dissatisfied or want to make a complaint these should be made in a timely manner due to the perishable nature of the product – on the day of delivery or as soon as possible afterwards. All issues should be raised to kelly@bloomingbees.co.uk in the first instance (with photos if necessary). Upon review a refund, credit or replacement may be offered.
We reserve the right to offer substitute flowers if the need arises – please see Terms and Conditions for full details.
We will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of any changes.
Please email kelly@bloomingbees.co.uk or call 07500557375 (9-5pm Monday-Saturday only) as soon as possible and we try our best to accommodate. Orders cannot be amended once dispatched.
For cancellation and amendments, a minimum 24 hours is required and should be sent to kelly@bloomingbees.co.uk in the first instance.
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after dispatch
We try to use zero plastic packaging in the whole of our business. Flowers are tied with raffia or natural rubber bands, wrapped in either brown or waxed paper and shipped in cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape. Delicate stem ends may be wrapped in damp tissue paper and a compostable bag.
On the whole most flowers do travel well packed dry for transit. For softer stems we do wrap stems in tissue and compostable bags to help keep them fresh.
Before dispatch boxes are stored in our cold room to help put them to sleep before transit.
Despite everyones best efforts delivery delays can happen however flowers in transit for 2 days on the whole suffer no long term damage.
Please unpack your order straight away, snip 2cms off the ends and put straight into clean buckets to rehydrate for several hours, leave the wraps on until fully reconditioned.

In the first instance please check your delivery status through the tracking number provided on either the Parcel Force or Royal Mail websites depending on the service used.
Once the carrier has the package Blooming Bees cannot accept any liability for delay, damage or events such as wrong delivery address, parcels left in unsuitable places or accepted by the wrong recipient. Deliveries to remote areas often cannot be guaranteed.

Yes shipments can be tracked, tracking details will be via email from either Parcel Force or Royal Mail.
