Wholesale Flower Supply Terms and Conditions

  1. Blooming Bees is based at Wardmill, Forfar, DD8 3RT.  Our flowers are seasonally dependent and are usually available March – October but occasionally out with these periods.   
  2. Absolutely no walk-ins as Wardmill is a working farm.  Meetings are by appointment only. 
  3. Wholesale supply is available to trade customers only and approval will be granted once an application is complete via our sign up form. 
  4. All product images are for illustration only and will vary depending on the season. 
  5. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order we will notify the purchaser as soon as possible and offer either full refund or exchange for product of same value. 
  6. We will usually require a 72-hour minimum order notification – see our FAQs about order cut off and timings. 
  7. We cut to order – please make any specific requests about stage of flowering at time of checkout. 
  8. For some products we will deliver flowers in bud to maximise the vase life of the product.   
  9. We reserve the right to substitute with product of similar quality and value where the requested product is not up to standard – we will endeavour to contact customers as soon as possible in these cases. 
  10. Some plant materials can be toxic or poisonous to both humans and animals – should any allergic reaction, injury or death be encountered Blooming Bees will not accept any responsibility. 
  11. All content is supplied on an ornamental basis only. 
  12. Shipping is available on certain products to UK mainland – charges apply.  Accurate delivery information is the purchaser’s responsibility.  These are usually dispatched via Royal Mail or third party courier.   
  13. Once the carrier has the package Blooming Bees cannot accept any liability for delay, damage or events such as wrong delivery address, parcels left in unsuitable places or accepted by the wrong recipient.  Deliveries to remote areas often cannot be guaranteed.  Every effort will be made to effectively package goods before dispatch.  
  14. Please ensure you are familiar with our delivery dates and cut offs. 
  15. Whilst we agree to use reasonable endeavour to ensure Blooming Bees is fully operational and error free we cannot guarantee this.  Acts of God, sudden ill health or adverse weather may affect ability to deliver product or supply service.  The purchaser will be advised as soon as reasonably possible in such events. 
  16. Click and collect is free from Wardmill, DD8 3RT at a pre arranged date and time. 
  17. For cancellation and amendments, a minimum 24 hours is required and should be sent to kelly@bloomingbees.co.uk in the first instance. 
  18. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after dispatch. 
  19. Any care instruction should be followed. 
  20. All orders are to be paid for at time of ordering via our ordering system.  VAT will be added to all vatable products. 
  21. Shipping invoices will be billed separately and should be paid before dispatch or within 7 days of receipt. 
  22. All other invoices should be paid within 14 days of delivery.  Outstanding invoices may be subject to interest.  
  23. All prices are ex VAT.  Our VAT number is GB272057860 and address Wardmill, Forfar, DD8 3RT. 
  24. If you are dissatisfied or want to make a complaint these should be made timely due to the perishable nature of the product – on the day of delivery or as soon as possible afterwards.  All issues should be raised to kelly@bloomingbees.co.uk in the first instance (with photos if necessary).  Upon review a refund, credit or replacement may be offered.
